Buffering Checklist

This is a simple Infograph to use when having buffering. I recommend going through all the steps each time we go through the issue for we do not know the cause each time. 
Most of the time buffering is a speed issue, whether it's low speed or your internet provider throttling you. There are times it's the channels and it's up to you to report them from there to get fixed.
This guide should illuminate the cause as well as the fix.
